About me

I am an Italian interpreter and translator who graduated with a Master’s degree (110/110 cum laude) awarded by the prestigious Faculty of Translation and Interpreting of the University of Trieste, Italy. I have been working as a free-lance conference interpreter and translator since 2000 (full time since 2005).

I am based in Prague (Czech Republic), with frequent stays in Italy.

My mother-tongue is Italian and I provide accurate and high-quality translations from English, German, French, Czech and Slovak into Italian or English. Furthermore, I have been studying Mandarin Chinese for several years and I am in the process of adding it to my working languages.

My main fields are law, administration and business but I also have experience in many other areas, such as the marketing, technical and insurance sectors.

I also provide simultaneous interpreting services between English and Italian.

Sono una traduttrice e interprete freelance con un’esperienza ventennale nel settore della traduzione e dell’interpretariato di conferenza.

Dal 2006 vivo all’estero (Praga, Repubblica Ceca) con frequenti soggiorni a Milano (mia città natale) e Trieste (dove ho studiato e vissuto per vari anni).

Sono laureata con 110 e lode presso la prestigiosa Scuola per Interpreti e Traduttori dell’Università di Trieste e opero nel settore della traduzione e dell’interpretariato di conferenza dal 2000 (a tempo pieno dal 2005).

Offro traduzioni accurate da inglese, ceco, slovacco, tedesco e francese verso l’italiano. Da diversi anni studio anche il cinese mandarino, che sto gradualmente introducendo tra le mie lingue di lavoro.

I miei settori principali di competenza sono quello giuridico-amministrativo (contratti, sentenze, certificati, visure, ecc.) e commerciale, ma nella mia lunga carriera ho accumulato esperienza anche in numerosi altri ambiti: assicurativo, marketing, alcuni settori tecnici ecc.

Offro altresì servizi di interpretariato in modalità simultanea tra l’italiano e l’inglese.
